Plants are packed in sturdy boxes sized to each plant, with fixing systems to prevent movement. Leaves and pots are protected when necessary.

Do you deliver to the islands (Azores and Madeira)?

Yes, with restrictions related to transporting sensitive live plants and longer timelines. Conditions are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, but only before preparation begins — usually 1 to 2 hours after confirmation. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.

What should I do if a plant arrives damaged or in poor condition?

Report the issue within 24 hours of receipt, with photos. We will contact you to present a solution.

Is there a right of return for live plants?

As these are live products, returns for change of mind are not accepted. We accept returns in case of proven defect or shipping error on our part.

Do plants come potted? Do I need to repot when I receive them?

Yes, all plants are sent in grow pots. Repotting is not immediately necessary — we recommend waiting a few days for the plant to adapt.

Can I order online and collect in store (Click & Collect)?

Yes. At checkout, select the in-store collection option and you will be notified when it is ready. The usual timeframe is 24 to 48 hours.
