Description & origin

The Blue Agave is a robust succulent with bluish leaves and sharp spines. Ideal for low-maintenance gardens, it adapts well to dry and sunny climates. It is a slow-growing but very resilient plant.

Size

Can reach up to 60 cm in height and 80 cm in width in domestic cultivation.

Foliage

Evergreen foliage, remains green throughout the year.

Flowering

This species does not produce flowers in domestic cultivation.

Light

Prefers full sun, ideal for well-lit locations.

Soil

Needs well-drained soil, preferably sandy or rocky.

Watering

Requires sparse watering, allowing the soil to dry between waterings.
